What is the mix ratio?
The mix ratio of Art Epoxy is 1:1 (1 part A to 1 part B).
Does it have an odor?
ClearTop is a 100% solids epoxy with zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), meaning no harmful odors or solvents.
Does it come in colors?
Art Epoxy is a crystal clear product and is not available in color from Superior Manufacturing, however, it can be tinted with your own pigments.
Is it UV stable?
This product is not UV stable on its own and may yellow in direct sunlight. Use our Water-based Urethane Coating as a topcoat to add UV stability.
What sizes are available?
Art Epoxy is available in the following sizes: quart, 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon. Please contact us for volume discounts.
How thick can this coating be applied?
This coating is meant for thin, surface coats under 1/16″. Check out our Casting Resin for a thicker coating.
What is the cure time?
This product cures in 6-8 hours at room temperature.
