Extreme Bond Primer (8124) can be used as a primer, as a self-leveling body coat over uneven substrates, as a mortar binder or slurry patching material when combined with Superior’s aggregates. Its low-temperature cure and damp substrate tolerance make it perfect for repairs and coatings work inside operating coolers and food processing facilities.

100% Solids Epoxy Primer (8125) is an excellent multi-purpose primer suitable for vertical and horizontal applications. It deeply penetrates the substrate and provides an ideal surface for subsequent coats. With the addition of fillers, such as a fumed silica or sand, this primer also makes an ideal patching material for floors, walls and ceilings.

Water-Based Primer (8126) can be used as a standard primer under most Superior flooring or wall systems. It can be used as a concrete finish sealer where low or no topical film build is desired, or as a pre-primer under other Superior primers/coatings where extreme bond strength is required due to poor substrate conditions.

Moisture Blocker (8127) is to be installed as a neat coating directly to properly prepared concrete substrates where moisture vapor drive is suspected or has been identified through testing procedures. It deeply penetrates and bonds into concrete slabs to help lock down moisture and prevent moisture vapor drive from causing blistering or delamination in the floor finish. This product can also be used to reduce MVER to levels that allow other floor finishes such as VCT, PVC sheet-goods, carpet tiles, rubber matting, etc. to be installed.
